Pretty please. Do it..now! We prefer (and are able) to buy the real estate as well, so give us a chance. We managed to buy Don's Club Tavern, and we didn't screw it up at all. Well maybe a little bit, but still...
Not to brag, but we're also pretty damn good at building from scratch. If you own an existing building, especially an older one with some character, and are looking to sell, we are always in the market. Our ideal footprint is 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, but we will look at anything within a strong neighborhood. If it's really spectacular, we have even been known to lease. It will have to be a good deal, though. Of course, a property purchase can be merely adequate...or maybe even a little in your favor...as far as you know.
