Elm Bar Wall before...

and after.

Growth and Development

We are always looking for good bars, good potential bars, and good locations to build bars.

Want To Sell Your Bar or Bar Group?
If you own a good bar, and are interested in selling to someone who will take you out handsomely and not screw up the beautiful thing you built, then, for the love of Pete, you MUST call us! Please. Pretty please. Do it..now! We prefer (and are able) to buy the real estate as well, so give us a chance. We managed to buy Don's Club Tavern, and we didn't screw it up at all. Well maybe a little bit, but still...

If you are the owner or representative for an existing bar opportunity, please call Mark Berzins (303) 683-3303 or email markb@littlepubco.com.

Have A Sweet Building That Could Use A Good Bar?
Not to brag, but we're also pretty damn good at building from scratch. If you own an existing building, especially an older one with some character, and are looking to sell, we are always in the market. Our ideal footprint is 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, but we will look at anything within a strong neighborhood. If it's really spectacular, we have even been known to lease. It will have to be a good deal, though. Of course, a property purchase can be merely adequate...or maybe even a little in your favor...as far as you know.

If you have a solid location that needs a bar (or bar tenant), please call Robin Nicholson at (303) 534-0900

Have A Chunk Of Land That Needs A Bar?
Yeah, we'll do this too. It just has to be good. And, ideally, already hooked up to water and sewer and power and all of that expensive stuff. Robin will handle this too.

Special "Real Estate Broker" note (if you are not a broker, you can stop reading):
Robin Nicholson is our exclusive broker, so please funnel anything you have through her. We don't really need another broker (unless you are hotter and funnier and smarter than Robin, in which case, maybe we do). Please don't call Mark, because it will probably just piss him off...especially if it is really just one of those "I have a client who might be interested" fishing phone calls. Or the classic "I know the owner of (Classic, legendary bar name here) and I might be able to get him interested". Real deal? Call Robin. She will really bring it to us. We will make sure you get taken care of too.
